4. Consumer App Usag


Users of the PinZeo Consumer Engagement App may:

    • Discover nearby businesses and offers.

    • Receive location-based recommendations.

    • Access promotional content.

    • Participate in loyalty and engagement programs where available.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.


5. Advertiser and Seller Responsibilities


Advertisers, brands, retailers, agencies, and business partners agree that:

    • All submitted advertising content is lawful, accurate, and non-misleading.

    • They own or possess the necessary rights to use all content, trademarks, logos, images, and materials submitted.

    • Advertisements comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

    • They are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, permissions, or licenses.

PinZeo reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove advertisements that violate these Terms or applicable laws.


6. Advertising Services


PinZeo may provide advertising services through:

    • Mobile applications

    • Smart Ads on Move displays

    • In-taxi digital advertising devices

    • Location-based advertising networks

    • Digital engagement platforms

Campaign delivery, audience reach, impressions, engagement, and performance may vary based on market conditions, user activity, technical factors, and campaign settings.

PinZeo does not guarantee specific sales, conversions, or business outcomes.


7. Analytics and Reporting


PinZeo may provide advertisers and partners with campaign performance data, including:

    • Impressions

    • Reach

    • Engagement metrics

    • Geographic insights

    • Audience analytics

    • Campaign performance reports

Such analytics are provided for informational purposes and may be based on estimates, aggregated data, or statistical models.

8. In-Taxi Digital Advertising System

PinZeo’s In-Taxi Digital Advertising System is designed to deliver content and advertisements during passenger journeys.

The system may use presence detection technology solely to determine whether a passenger is seated in front of the display.


Important Notice


    • No images or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted.

    • No facial recognition is performed.

    • No biometric information is collected.

    • No passenger surveillance or monitoring is conducted.

9. Intellectual Property


All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, and technology associated with PinZeo are owned by or licensed to PinZeo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

    • Commercially exploit

any part of the Services without prior written permission.
